Mr. Jim Egner is the Senior Vice President of Construction for Aslan Realty Group and joined the company in early 2007.  Mr. Egner is responsible for all areas of construction management for Aslan projects throughout the United States.  In addition, Mr. Egner provides assistance to Acquisition and Asset Management divisions in order to meet acquisition and operational objectives.

Mr. Egner has spent 25 years in the construction industry, managing people and projects in the field and at the home office.  He has extensive experience with all types of multi-family construction from high-rise and mid-rise to garden style, including experience with thousands of units of multi-family rehabilitation projects.  Prior to joining Aslan Realty Group, Mr. Egner was Vice President of Operations for American Constructors, Inc.  At American Constructors, Mr. Egner managed in excess of $150 million per year of multi-family construction projects.  Throughout his career, Mr. Egner has managed more than $1 Billion in construction expenditures and executions.

Mr. Egner graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Spring Garden College.
