Mr. Cahill is a Partner in Aslan Realty Group and joined the firm shortly after inception in 2001. Mr. Cahill’s responsibilities include underwriting acquisition opportunities, developing property renovation strategies and supervising property management efforts.

Mr. Cahill has over twenty years of management and rehabilitation experience in the multi-family industry. His direct experience of managing daily operations for over 10,000 apartment units has developed and sharpened his abilities for determining value-creating renovation opportunities and market repositioning strategies. His efforts in supervising the rehabilitation process on over thirty properties include market analysis, site considerations, acquisition underwriting, building integrity issues, code regulations, planning, finance and extensive interaction with local and state agencies. Since joining Aslan, Mr. Cahill has participated in over $700 million of real estate transaction volume.

Mr. Cahill graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Texas, Austin.
