Leah Marie Steel is Controller for Aslan Realty Group and joined the company in early 2006. Mrs. Steel is responsible for management of all accounting and HR functions for the company, including banking relationships, employee and vendor relations, working with the outside CPA firm on tax planning and preparation, and reporting to management on financial issues. In addition, Mrs. Steel brings an in-depth knowledge of business operations to the firm.

Mrs. Steel has over 25 years of experience in entrepreneurial business environments, primarily in accounting-related functions although her overall experience encompasses most aspects of business management. Prior to joining Aslan Realty Group, Mrs. Steel provided her expertise to companies in the construction, medical, engineering and advertising fields.

A native of Southern California, Mrs. Steel graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Economics.
