Mr. Rakow is a Partner in Aslan Realty Group and joined the company shortly after inception in 2001.  Mr. Rakow’s efforts focus primarily on asset acquisition and asset divestitures as well as corporate operations for Aslan Realty Group.

Mr. Rakow has over twenty years of experience within the medical device, investment banking and real estate industries.  He began his career within the medical device divisions of Bristol Myers-Squibb Co, where he held senior level sales and marketing positions.  Mr. Rakow transitioned into Investment Banking where his responsibilities included extensive interaction with Wall Street investment firms, venture capital and small capitalization companies.  He has participated in numerous Private Placement, IPO and Secondary Offerings.  Since joining Aslan Realty Group, Mr. Rakow has participated in over $700 million of real estate transaction volume.

Mr. Rakow received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Marquette University. Mr. Rakow is also fluent in German.
